This resin allows the core to be lighter while maintaining the same properties of the board, making CAPiTA boards among the lightest on the market!

SINTERED BASE: SUPERDRIVE™ ADV BASE
Thanks to the manufacturing technology that utilizes very high pressure and temperature, it increases surface hardness, resulting in a base that combines the best of both worlds: the speed of a sintered base and the durability of an extruded one. Additionally, it’s more transparent, so the graphics look even better.

LAMINATE: PLT™ Technology
PLT™ technology is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG and magically bonds the top layer to the already pressed snowboard. This is unique in the snowboard industry since the rest of the world applies top graphics using glue, heat, and pressure during the pressing stage. This causes the fiberglass structure underneath to show through the top layer. And since nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money on an uneven snowboard, many companies additionally coat their boards with a thick, toxic varnish to even out the surface. Not only is this HEAVY and can lead to unsightly cracks, but it’s also very unhealthy for the work environment. The PLT™ machine produces feather-light, smooth, glossy finishes without all that toxic baggage, resulting in a beautifully presented multi-level laminate structure. The combination of matte, glossy elements, and gold lettering is truly impressive. Besides the final ink pressing into the board, CAPiTA uses digital printing and traditional screen printing throughout the production process, ensuring a multi-layered graphic.

SIDECUT: RADIAL
The radial sidecut shape, characterized by a section of the edge shape from the same arc, allows you to start and finish a turn on the same arc. Due to the single-arc cutout, the board is more predictable, increasing confidence, smoothly guiding you throughout the entire turn, and making it easy to control. Moreover, the classic radial is energy-efficient and effective. A well-designed turn radius supports the natural movement of the snowboarder, allowing for dynamic and smooth maneuvers. Radial construction is valued for its smoothness, ease of control, and versatility, making it a popular choice among snowboarders of varying skills and riding preferences.
