The new Dynastar Speed Course Master GS skis feature not only a new color scheme and facelift, but also an entirely new construction combining stability, precision, and reduced turning radii in line with current skiing techniques. They offer the full power and precision of giant slalom race skis with an added dose of agility. These are very demanding skis, best suited for high and very high speeds and giant slalom turns. They are repeatedly awarded and appreciated by testers and ski magazines worldwide.
The advanced construction is based on an ash core, a dense wood used in FIS and Master skis due to its resistance and flexibility. The core is additionally reinforced with two layers of titanal on both sides of the core, covering the entire length and width of the ski. This provides excellent stability in turns and significantly reduces the effects of ski twisting. The entire ski is hardened with fiberglass of various weights to ensure the perfect balance between durability, flexibility, and dynamism.
The full vertical sidewall and vertical edges along the entire length from tip to tail help maximize grip, precision, balance, and power. They hold the edge very well under the boot and perform fantastically on hard snow.
Thanks to the cascading construction of the tips, they are flatter, allowing for maximum extension of the edge in contact with the snow. Despite this, the tips are not too long, rather of moderate length, which translates to smoother and faster turns and better snow contact. The R22 racing plate provides excellent grip in turns on hard surfaces under the boot.
The new Dynastar Speed Course Master GS with bindings on the Look R22 plate are very harmonious, perfectly balanced, and smooth skis with maximum grip, ensuring smooth transitions from turn to turn, making you feel very confident. The binding mounting on the Look R22 plate makes the skis harder and more precise compared to the Konect system, requiring more strength to effectively press them in turns. The waist width of 70mm increases the ski's versatility in various on-track conditions.
LOOK SPX 15 Rockerace bindings, designed in collaboration with the best World Cup athletes, are elite sports bindings compatible only with skis equipped with the LOOK R22 plate. The Rockerace concept comes directly from prototypes used by our World Cup athletes. With a short mounting area and a partially suspended heel, the binding allows for even more effective control of ski flex while maintaining maximum precision.
The reinforced Full Action toe piece has a 14% wider jaw and a 10% wider mounting surface for better power transmission and performance. It features multi-directional release - 180⁰ horizontal and 45 mm vertical travel.
The SPX binding has the longest elastic travel of the rear binding part on the market, ensuring more reliable retention. They guarantee immediate power transfer, precise control, and excellent shock absorption to reduce the risk of unwanted release.
The lateral and vertical release values are fully adjustable from 7-15 DIN. The weight of the bindings is 1295g per half pair. The maximum adjustment range of the binding spacing is 20mm.
